Our self-catering accommodation has
been thoughtfully converted in 2008 from a granite barn and has
a living room/dining room/kitchen, two double bedrooms, a third room which
can be used as a twin bedroom or office, and two bathrooms. Our barn has
been furnished to a very high standard with fine fabrics and antique
furnishings. As a single let accommodation, you have complete privacy –
apart from ourselves – and exclusive use of the grassed patio
just outside the kitchen door to enjoy the views of St. Ives Bay and Godrevy
Lighthouse in total solitude. The perfect place to unwind and recharge the
batteries!
Our aim is to make your stay as comfortable, relaxed and
therapeutic as possible. Planning a holiday usually involves not only
clothes packing but also the worry of whether to take washing-up liquid, loo
rolls and towels – and will there be any milk or juice for breakfast if we
get there late?
Well, we strive to provide all you may need so that you only have to throw
clothes in a bag – and go!
Each room is provided with quality bed linen, towels and face flannels and
we also provide an iron, hairdryers, barbeque, beach towels and other useful
stuff like maps and guides. Heating and electricity are included in the
rental price
When you arrive there will be stocks of all your basic needs in the larder
and refrigerator - milk, juice, coffee, tea, sugar/splenda, bread,
butter/spread, condiments, soaps and cleaning materials – and a bottle of
wine!

additional groceries, then email us for our grocery list so that when you
arrive your groceries, sourced locally where possible, will be waiting for
you. For further shopping, a farm shop specializing in local, organic and
gourmet products is a short drive away, as are Marks and Spencer and Tesco.
For many, staying in touch with the office or clients is important and
working holidays sometimes make the return to office life easier – all those
emails? We have equipped a room for use as an office with access to wireless
3G broadband. Use of a fax and printer and landline are available by
mutual agreement at the time of booking. O2 and Vodafone mobile signals are
accessible, although somewhat weak inside the granite barn.
